sMT Tester double-check
In addition, we specially use Intelligent SMT tester tool to double-check that each IC on PCBA product meets the stringent standards of quality and craftsmanship.

firmware upload test
The SSDs are uploading Firmware now and then it can be used as a “Working” SSD. Each SSD must be uploaded the correct FW version per customer’s request. Normally we also call this “Initialization”

high/low temperature Test
All dynamic testing of Indudisk industrial SSD and military SSD is implemented in an extreme temperature chamber ,cycled from -45C to 90C for military grade SSD and -25C to 75C for industrial SSD

Endurance Test
Differ from others,Indudisk Military SSD must be tested rigorously cold start (@-45C) and hot start (@+90C) Process in extreme temperature during High/low temperature test. And we conduct consistent test of writing the full drive capacity for at least 24h to ensure the SSD runs stably and correctly;

Health check Test
Each SSD are specially double- checked the Health status and supported features to ensure each SSD 100% healthy and qualified before shipment to our customers.
