They are specially designed with the highest quality MLC Nand or SLC Nand for applications which demand data integrity and 100% uptime. It is ideal storage device for many embedded flash storage requirements because of its small form factor and rugged design.
Indudisk‘s CF Series I6 Series are offered in both, commercial (0°C to 70°C) and industrial (-40°C to 85°C) temperature ranges,It ensures optimized backward compatibility to legacy systems. The series offers low densities from 32 MB to 256 MB using highly reliable MLC or SLC Flash with 100’000 times / erase cycles. It is designed to solve a broad range of concerns from compatibility, booting and Power Fail Safety to long-term supply and controlled BOM.
